  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
  • Tags and labels must remain attached.
  • Items such as lingerie, swimwear, and final-sale items are not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

2. Exchanges

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was defective or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
